Terms of Service

Last updated: June 20, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Rocord website at rocord.app and related services (the "Service"), operated by Rocord ("we", "us", or "our"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age of digital consent in your jurisdiction) and have a valid Roblox account to use the Service. By using the Service, you represent that you meet these requirements and that the information you provide is accurate.

2. Accounts

You authenticate using Roblox OAuth. You are responsible for activity that occurs under your account and for maintaining the security of your Roblox account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Accounts inactive for 60 consecutive days — including lapsed, unpaid, or suspended accounts — may be permanently deleted and any active subscription cancelled; see our Privacy Policy for details. If you wish to delete your own account while you have an active paid subscription, you must cancel the subscription first. This policy may change in the future.

3. The Service

Rocord lets you describe systems in natural language and generates related code, interfaces, and assets, with optional tools for connecting to your own projects. The Service is provided on an "as available" basis and may change, be suspended, or be discontinued at any time.

4. Subscriptions, Credits, and Billing

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

6. Your Content

You retain ownership of the content and projects you create using the Service. You grant us a limited license to host, process, and display that content solely to operate and provide the Service to you. You are responsible for ensuring you have the rights necessary to use any content you submit.

7. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, and branding, is owned by Rocord and protected by intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our trademarks or branding without our prior written permission.

8. Third-Party Services

The Service integrates with third parties such as Roblox, Stripe, and Discord. Your use of those services is governed by their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for third-party services.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, WHETHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, or that generated output will be accurate or fit for any particular purpose.

10. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, ROCORD WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE WILL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US IN THE TWELVE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Rocord from any claims, damages, or expenses arising out of your use of the Service or your violation of these Terms.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the Service. You may stop using the Service at any time. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination will survive.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction in which Rocord operates, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Disputes will be resolved in the competent courts of that jurisdiction.

15. Bug Reports and Service Credits

Rocord is offered in early access and may contain bugs or experience interruptions. As a goodwill gesture, we may reward users who report genuine, previously-unknown bugs with free credits or free trial days, at our sole discretion and in amounts we determine based on the severity and usefulness of the report. If a major outage or defect materially affects the platform for many users, we may also compensate affected active users with credits or free access. These rewards are discretionary, are not guaranteed, do not constitute a contractual entitlement or refund, and may be changed or discontinued at any time.
